Brantham Engineering based in Essex is a profitable electronics company with a growing order book. They provide a comprehensive range of sub contract services including electronic PCB population- both SMT and through hole, wiring and test.

The Brief

Brantham had an expanding order book and were keen to ensure customer lead times and on time delivery did not slip.

Zambant’s remit was simple - to increase output whilst maintaining quality.
